SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Suellas, I strive to keep our shipping process transparent and efficient.
Orders are almost always shipped either the day that the order is placed or the following working day. On occasions where this is not possible I will message you to let you know and give you the option to cancel your order.
Postage is free for our standard postage services
Depending on the size / weight / destination of your order I may send by Royal Mail tracked 48hour, Yodel Store to Door or Evri.
I will be adding options for faster shipping methods in the future at a small additional fee.
If you have any specific requirements/preferences regarding shipping then please don't hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to meet your needs
RETURNS POLICY
In line with UK law, customers are entitled to request a return and deliver an item within 28 days of receiving goods. Provided any returns are complete and in good order then I will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item
If you do wish to return an item then please email me prior to posting the item back to discuss the issue as there may be another solution,
